Clements Homes, when I quote you $160 per square foot under roof, it includes our entire Standard Package. This isn’t bare-bones; it’s a high-quality home with features many charge extra for.

You’re getting spray foam insulation to keep those energy bills low, a tankless water heater for endless hot showers, granite countertops in your kitchen, hand-scraped hardwood floors for that classic elegance, 8-foot doors for an open, airy feel, custom cabinets crafted from real wood, and a pre-installed security system, among 40+ other premium features. Competitors might tempt you with a $130 per square foot quote, but in reality, every add-on piles up. You might find yourself paying $300+ per square foot when it’s all said and done.
