With over 40 premium features already included, our base price may seem higher at first glance compared to builders offering the bare minimum. However, because we’re not inflating prices for upgrades, our final costs often come out lower.

This approach came from being burned out on upgrade meetings. I wanted to make building a new home as straightforward as possible, ensuring every home meets my high quality standards without the sneaky budget creep from costly additions.
