Once the frame stands tall, we move to the exterior. Roof shingles are laid, windows and doors are installed, and walls are wrapped with brick or siding. We also use the ZIP system weather barrier for added protection. By the end of the third month, your house doesn’t just look like a frame—it looks like a home.
